As set out within the tenancy agreement, it is the responsibility of tenants to pay all bills relating to utility supplies and council tax during the period of the occupancy of the property. We will take meter readings at the commencement of the tenancy and advise the relevant authority of the start date, names of occupiers and the meter readings taken.
Please note that in Bournemouth and parts of Poole there are separate supply companies and charges for water supply and sewage.
At the end of the tenancy we will again take meter readings and notify the suppliers.
