We lodge residential deposits with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) as soon as we are able, and when this process has been completed, you will receive a copy of the Prescribed Information paperwork relating to this deposit. This may already be contained within this folder, or follow at a later date.
Please note that the DPS procedures require the nomination of a “lead tenant” who will receive all communications from them, although the deposit may relate to a joint tenancy.
