We are aiming to make sure, that as a minimum, every tenant will receive a statement every year, and this may be sufficient where a monthly rental is paid by regular standing order.
In other circumstances where there are more complexities of payments and timings, statements may be more regularly. Similarly where there are arears and rent increases statements will be sent more frequently.
